I set my chapter button links and their overrides the way I think they should be set (Link goes to chapter marker in sequence Override goes to subsequent chapter button in chapter menu). I added my Encore chapter markers in Premiere Pro CS6 and they show up in Encore just fine. Instead, the sequence simply continues playing through all the subsequent chapters to the very end.
